Follow the process mentioned below to get a list of all FTP Users associated with your web hosting package.

1. Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Hosting Order and go to the Order Information view. 1

2. Click the Manage Web Hosting link.

3. In the Menu, point to Manage Website -> FTP User Manger and then click List FTP Users.

This would give a detailed list of all FTP Users associated with your Web Hosting package.
