You can Suspend any FTP User to temporarily block access to the account. Follow the process mentioned below to Suspend an FTP User:

1. Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Hosting Order and go to the Order Information view. 1

2. Click the Manage Web Hosting link.

3. In the Menu, point to Manage Website -> FTP User Manger and then click List FTP Users. This would give a list of all FTP Users associated with your Web Hosting package.

4. Select the checkbox adjacent the User you wish to Suspend, and click the Suspend button.
