Follow this process to Unsuspend a suspended FTP User:

1. Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Hosting Order and go to the Order Information view. 1

2. Click the Manage Web Hosting link.

3. In the Menu, point to Manage Website -> FTP User Manger and then click List FTP Users. This would give a list of all FTP Users associated with your Web Hosting package.

4. Select the checkbox adjacent the suspended User whom you wish to Unsuspend, and click the Unsuspend button.

This will restore the FTP User's access.
