Any FTP User created for your Web Hosting package, except for the default primary User created by the system, can be deleted at any time. Follow the process mentioned here to delete an FTP User:

1. Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Hosting Order and go to the Order Information view. 1

2. Click the Manage Web Hosting link.

3. In the Menu, point to Manage Website -> FTP User Manger and then click List FTP Users. This would give a list of all FTP Users associated with your Web Hosting package.

4. Select the checkbox adjacent the User you wish to delete, and click the Delete button.
